A retreat to remember
Led by London-based bodyworker & teacher, Robyn Silverton, and set in the idyllic landscape of the Byron Bay Hinterland, this retreat invites you on a transformative journey through nature's elements - earth, water, fire, and air.
Understanding how elements affect us and how to use them as a tool for our health will underpin the movement, breath practices, and activities over the stay.
You will leave this pocket of paradise with practical, actionable steps to feel at your best.

Meet your hosts:
Robyn Silverton
For over 35 years Robyn has worked with scores of different people who have all had one thing in common: they really wanted to feel better – in body, mind or spirit – or often, all three.
Her qualification as a physiotherapist offers a wonderful foundation in the science of the human body and understanding of people. Subsequent training in acupuncture, myofascial release, energy integration, intuitive guidance and DRU yoga have continued to shape how she works with clients; and combined, enable Robyn to take a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Co-author of The Calm Choice, an award-winning book and stress management programme, Robyn regularly runs workshops and retreats around the world.
